On the occasion of International Museum Day (May 18), the Da Nang Museum, in collaboration with Vietnam Artificial Intelligence Joint Stock Company (AIAIVN), organised a seminar titled "Museums in the AI Era" on Wednesday morning. The seminar aimed to facilitate the exchange of experiences and ideas regarding the application of modern technology among museums, exhibition centres, heritage sites, and technology companies.

AIAIVN presented about the application of technology systems to enhance the visitor experience, aiming to diversify and personalize engagement, as well as the building of a sustainable digital museum ecosystem that integrates data, artificial intelligence, and conservation efforts.

Delegates exchanged numerous ideas on developing museums in the AI era. Additionally, they visited and experienced the practical applications of modern technology at the Da Nang Museum.

This event provided an opportunity for professionals in cultural, museum, heritage, and tourism management in Da Nang to explore the challenges and opportunities related to digital transformation in museums, exhibition spaces, and historical sites, helping to identify new directions for the future.
